My sales experience started in 1988 as a customer service sales representative in a graphic design/marketing company. It was then when I learned all about meeting deadlines and the needs of my customers! Once I married and moved to Wyoming, I started my real estate career as a personal assistant. Armed with only ambition and determination, I quickly earned my real estate license and started working on my own right away. I worked long days and weekends, building a successful real estate business from an empty database.
My strengths are marketing and negotiating. I know how to find buyers for my sellers and sellers for my buyers! I enjoy finding properties for my clients and efficiently negotiating the transaction for them. I offer my clients a "vast mental inventory" of homes on the market. I spend a great deal of time reviewing the market, driving through neighborhoods, and teaching myself the most up-to-date market activity. I know the Casper market! Because I've mastered these skills, I have also mastered " the art of delegation". I have created the solid support of a full time staff department and a personal administrative assistant. This allows me to concentrate on prospecting to find a buyer for your home or a home for a buyer! I do this without compromising my high standards of quality customer service. I am dedicated to getting you the results you expect and going the "extra mile" necessary to make your transaction a smooth one!
I also keep up with the ever-changing real estate market in a variety of ways, including consulting a business coach and attending numerous leadership classes and education through out the United States. Discussing issues like new technology, changes in the industry, business issues, techniques to increase profitability, and ways to avoid "real estate agent burnout". My remarkable experience allows for more product knowledge, more accurate pricing, proven marketing strategies, greater name recognition and stronger negotiating power. I have a solid reputation in the real estate brokerage community of integrity, trust and fairness at all times. I also have an unparalleled referral rate through which a considerable percentage of my satisfied customers provide me with instant, credible access to new buyers and sellers.
I have been actively involved in my association as a Casper Board of Realtors Officer, Director and Quota Director of the State of Wyoming. I also have been teaching the Code of Ethics to new real estate agents for over 11 years.
On a more personal note: I have three beautiful children, Mackenzie (17), Jack (11) and Jayde (3). My husband Justin has been my support system from the beginning. I love anything that helps me achieve more knowledge regarding marketing, sales, personal growth and improvement. I have a strong Christian faith and believe if it wasn't for God, I wouldn't be where I am today. I believe success doesn't come easy, it takes hard work and dedication. I enjoy keeping healthy spiritually and physically, traveling, camping, boating, gardening and spending time with my family.
